Although Smart Nora did not work out for me, their customer service team was helpful, understanding and easy to work with. My sleep coach worked gave me suggestions to try, and facilitated the return process for me. It was a very pleasant experience. SmartNora did stop my snoring, but I was waking up so much that I didn't feel well rested. I would recommend others give it try. It may work for you!
