Excellent Customer Service, Theoretical snore stopper
Smart Nora customer service was helpful, responsive, and understanding when we decided to return it. Ultimately the Snora only partially alleviated my husband's snoring problem. When he had it properly placed at the beginning of the night, it would work well. A few hours into his sleep cycle he often had moved his pillow and the Smart Nora back against the headboard. Also the cycle of the air bladder was not fast enough to stop some of his worst snoring. As I say, I support the theory of it -- when I nudge him or tell him to breathe, he readjusts and stops snoring, so I thought this would do the same thing. I cannot do that all night long, so this was a reasonable solution. I think he has full-on sleep apnea which needs further evaluation. For anyone who snores but doesn't have apnea, I think it would work great.
