Having talked with a helpful customer service rep and attempting to determine the solution to my unit’s problem, we deemed the base unit's pump was not properly functioning. In just under two weeks a replacement base was delivered by DHL. After a brief charging my Smart Nora was back in action providing some good sleep and saving my marriage.Thanks SN people!

Im very happy with my Nora, in part because I sleep a lot better and also my wife sleeps a lot better. I recommend it everytime we talk about snoring solutions.

The inflatable air bladder for my machine failed and I enquired about purchasing a replacement. The customer service person responded very quickly and is sending one out for no charge. Amazing customer support.

I was sent a replacement base unit for my system that stopped working, during the 2 weeks of shipping and processing my wife could really tell that my snoring got worse. After I put the new unit in the complaints stopped.
