I used Smart Nora for about three months. It really works. My wife is quite happy. However, after three months, it stopped working. With a help from the support person, we tested the equipment. She diagnosed that the base box was malfunctioning. She arranged to send a replacement base box. Now I am waiting for it to arrive. She was very helpful.
