Website interface was fine but I cannot track the package. The "Your order is in transit" email does not show delivery date and when I try and click to track the package it just keeps looping me back to enter my email address. Should not be that difficult in this day and age.

I have not received my package as yet, still waiting !

I was trying to register my new invisiblend shears I had purchased. Could not find the link on your website.

I emailed with a question I emailed another second request. It has been about a month now and I have not heard back about my second question or concern. I have also left 2 phone messages. Haven’t heard back as of today

Did not like preferred Swivel shears for carpel tunnel wasn’t happy with restocking fee $40 didn’t see that on website I would have never purchased it online
