I placed an order on-line on a Friday, realized on Saturday that I ordered too many blow dryers. I emailed customer service and on Monday morning they took care of the issue and shipped my order. It was a seamless and painless process. I am very happy with my expirience!

I had bought my Sam villa blow dryer at the Americas Beauty Show in Chicago 2 years ago. I am a full time stylist and I use my dryer every single day. About 2 weeks ago my dryer blew out as I was blow drying a client. I contacted Sam Villa'so customer service right away. I was worried because I did not have a receipt any more. Right away someone answered. If I'm not mistaken her name was Michelle Stoffle. Right away she was very understanding and she told me they might be able to do a one time replacement for me. Long story short we kept I touch via emails and she was very professional and patient. It took me a few days to get everything in order on my end but I am truly thankful that Michelle was accommodating. Thank you so much for the dryer! As it is my all time favorite!
