My Favorite Sam Villa Hair dryer developed an interior clanking noise. As it was given to me as a gift, I had no proof of purchase receipt. I contacted the customer service by email and I was immediately told I would be shipped a replacement as soon as I shipped my old one back. By emailing them the tracking number, they would immediately ship the new one without delay. I received my new dryer just a couple days later as promised. The customer service department was AMAZING!!
