I ended up deciding to buy a new machine which arrived within 24 hours of my placing the order and was well packaged and very easy to set up. Highly recommended!

Excellent product with very fast delivery time. Had an issue that the carabiner clips were missing. Emailed them late evening. In the morning I had an email to apologise and to say that they were being posted. The next day they arrived. What excellent customer service.
