Excellent service and a good rehabilitation product. Clear and simple user instructions and easy minimal assembly. They genuinely want to help you.

Had borrowed friends to see if I would be ok as osteoporosis of the spine. Use lower setting than most but confident is helping. Order and delivery straightforward and prompt.

Love this machine. It’s very powerful but very quiet. The settings are good, with 4 levels to progress through as you get used to the machine. The remote is handy to set level/pause etc. Very pleased.
