Poor customer service

Oftentimes our products are not delivered on time, if at all. It's extremely hard to talk to anyone to get reimbursement or the item shipped.

Disappointed with response time for online order

For years I have ordered online to help with efficiency, where my order was completed and shipped out 2-4 days later. A few weeks ago I ordered the same as usual and the order stayed in processing for 2 weeks until I called and found out they were holding for credit card verification. I would have no problem with this if I was told this would be done. Instead I had to waste time to call in and talk to someone to push my order through. I was also told to call my next order in and it would go right through but that defeats the purpose of going online anytime of the day for my convenience.

Deals broken

Our company negotiated free shipping years ago. Now I have been told that does not show in their records. We keep getting referred to our sales Rep. We see this guy only after calling him repeatedly, and that is maybe every couple years
