Disappointed with response time for online order
For years I have ordered online to help with efficiency, where my order was completed and shipped out 2-4 days later. A few weeks ago I ordered the same as usual and the order stayed in processing for 2 weeks until I called and found out they were holding for credit card verification. I would have no problem with this if I was told this would be done. Instead I had to waste time to call in and talk to someone to push my order through. I was also told to call my next order in and it would go right through but that defeats the purpose of going online anytime of the day for my convenience.
