I have been waiting for a case to be resolved with one of my orders for a few months now. I was left on hold for around 15 minutes yesterday before hanging up.

I had such a hard time getting these. I ordered them and got an email they were shipped and three weeks later I still didn't have them. I called and was assure they would be delivered soon. I never received so called again and was told would need to be ordered again. What a mess.

Your new website is horrible. Calling customer service is another nightmare. Your website is not user friendly.
