As far as customer service
As far as customer service goes, Opte ran a promotion for a free travel case the day after I purchased the system. I emailed customer service to see if they would honor the promotion and they refused. Disappointing that I spent $600 and the company wasn’t willing to part with something that probably cost them $5 for the sake of a good customer experience.
