Repeated attempts to contact customer service to no avail. Was charged twice AND want to return the one that I got. Have asked multiple times how to go about returning with no answer.

I barely have any discoloration on my face, but this did not make a dent. So I returned it six weeks ago, but have yet to receive a refund. Customer service is terrible. Now I am going to have to put the charge in dispute and chase after them for a refund. Beware!
