I have very dark freckles on medium color skin and even with multiple times over, it would not lighten the spots. It just looked gray.

My device was either defective or the product does not work. My application tip brushes had nothing visible on them ever. I saw no difference on my face. I reached out to Opte..,tried their suggestions...no results. I returned my machine...too expensive to take a chance on another. I am leaving honest review soon FB because I feel there are a lot of false reviews on there. If you product works prove it! I really really wanted to love it!

Opte not working (have not had for long) and never got the product I order d and paid for.

No one helped in any way.

I submitted a request to return on 2/19 when my purchase date was 2/1. And now I am unable to return this item???
