Customer service was hard to get a hold of at times - had to reach out via IG to get immediate response

Item came in time promised, but no other follow up, no explaining how to get refills, their customer service is to refer you to their YouTube videos (one of which is Paris Hilton telling Kim Kardashian this device 3D prints skin!) The device did not perform on my skin like it did in the videos, but there's no one from the company available to ask if I'm doing something wrong. Also no information on how to return the item if not satisfied.

First serum didn’t work. I emailed customer service (the next day) per company website instructions & no response. Set up web conference, but that’s 3 weeks from date I received product. To troubleshoot issue ordered second serum combo set & still having problems w/device. I’m frustrated I can’t talk to someone. Think I just got a lemon. Directions are simple & well done. Was impressed by that. Not being able to resolve issue before return period is frustrating..gives me no time to try device out..if this gets resolved will update my rating & feedback..

Didn’t offer any option for the issue
