Had good service with the old one & am anticipating this new one will be equally satisfying.

The Megahome Water Distiller is a sturdy workhorse that served me for more than 10 years with no problems. My only complaint is that that water gets under the metal band around the carafe, even when it is securely tightened, and it begins to rust. It is still sturdy after 10+ years but it doesn't look good. Nutriteam is a great company to work with. They have excellent customer service and prompt response to order.

The distiller itself works great - clean tasting water and clear ice cubes. I recently needed a replacement for the nozzle (I broke it). My email was answered later the same day with a link to order parts. The part was reasonably priced and arrived in a couple days. Happy customer
