I have purchased 3 units over the past 20 years and recently I purchased some repair items to keep my oldest unit going (19 years). Of course they do fall into the need for repair but it's really not to bad considering the constant daily work they perform. All the best to your company! :)

I've been very favorably impressed with the assistance I've gotten and have appreciated it very much. I haven't finished following the instructions the support staff sent having been side-tracked by family complications but look forward to getting back on the case very soon.
