I’ve written twice for advice on how to submit the charges for reimbursement from my Mom’s Medicare. No response of any kind.

I had struggled a lot to speak with your costumer service team, the only way is through emails and it takes so long for you to answer me. I left messages and nobody returns my calls. I need to change my product and nobody seems to care

Too small aground, and cup was too large. Good quality but didn’t fit.
