everything was excellent until tried to check out and pay with credit card.Web wouldn't accept it and instead changed it to pay by check.Get email telling it wouldn't be shipped until check received. Called and customer service took same credit card info I gave on web and it was shipped promptly. No reason given to me for problem.

You can't return defective merchandise since the color was discontinued. How messed up is that?

Ordered two bras size 34B for my 87 year old Mother. The bras that we received are no way a 34; the band measures 26 inches. My Mother threw away the packaging and receipt and now I don't know if they can be returned.
