I cannot comment of the quality of the pills yet, trust it should be longer period to see the result. However, the pills are very large and I can’t swallow it in one go. Only by breaking in half. Four pills per day is a lot - not what I used to.

Tablets are very large, they can be split evenly however are very jagged, would benefit from a divider mark, crumble when split with pull splitter and not nice to chew/mix with food. I'll likely stick to capsules next time for inositol supplements. Usually don't have an issue with tablet size but these are excessive

Pills are massive, they hurt my throat everytime I try to swallo them and taking 4 a day make it very difficult. This has a massive impact on the adherence to the treatment. I've been taking them for 3 weeks now and they cause me stomach pain and nausea but I guess this normal.
