Delivery takes a while. Product isn't fantastic and I am bombarded with emails.

I suffer with endometriosis & unfortunately these supplements really aggravated & flared my condition causing me to be in pain on a daily basis. I don’t not normally write reviews but felt it was important to share to advise other women suffering with Endometriosis to please get medical advice for taking these tablets. Other than this, I did notice a positive change in my skin, hair, nails & general mood.

Didn't do anything for me. Affected my iron absorption a lot, even when the supplements for separately taken more than 4 hours apart

I had bought these after being diagnosed with PCOS. Unfortunately they are impossible to swallow - I’ve never seen tablets this big in my life. I was struggling as they kept getting lodged in my throat, so resorted to crushing them - unpleasant taste. After using for a few days, I found I was struggling to sleep. I was not aware of the fact that the tablets were responsible for this - after stopped a few days, my sleep resumed to normal. I was extremely restless when taking the medication, and saw only negative changes in mood as opposed to anything good. Will not be buying again, and would not recommend - I have reached out to the team, but have quite literally been ignored. Do not buy this product without doing full research and testing before investing a lot of money.
