Having purchased ZTec previously but now needing one with attendant brakes I naturally chose chose the same brand. IAM disappointed to find that the left hand brake is very stiff to operate and has one screw sticking out, also the wheel bearings have too much play in them. Have not yet had enough time to assess the comfort of the added upholstery.

You didn't. Unable to supply so being told this is not the one I ordered but the one that was sent only has a tubular back and this hurts my back so my husband is going to have to fit some sort of soft padding for me. Very disappointed with service.

Heavier and less manoeuvrable than expected from description. Would not buy same product again.
