Returns are a rip-off. I'd get back less than half what I paid. I'd rather sell it on Gumtree so somebody else gets the benefit or my money loss.

DONT SHOP HERE! THEY HAVE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chair was too heavy for me to self propel. When I tried to exchange it after using it once from car into tesco. I was told ‘you sat in it, it’s considered used’, I wouldn’t buy anything from this place ever again!

First off my problem was with ugo and their product not with mobilityshop. co. uk the delivery was fast and unproblematic but the product was awful to steer even for the person pushing me. Ugo were rude, patronising and generally unhelpful, it took a week to arrange a return hoping the refund will be processed faster than the collection
