Having purchased ZTec previously but now needing one with attendant brakes I naturally chose chose the same brand. IAM disappointed to find that the left hand brake is very stiff to operate and has one screw sticking out, also the wheel bearings have too much play in them. Have not yet had enough time to assess the comfort of the added upholstery.

Delivery fine but product not really working properly

Not received it yet , it seems to be taking forever to come and I am desperate for it so I can get out for some fresh air and excercise , can you rush it on for me please

Returns are a rip-off. I'd get back less than half what I paid. I'd rather sell it on Gumtree so somebody else gets the benefit or my money loss.
