I am appalled at how long it takes to get a refund for products. It takes 5 minutes to take it out of our account but 3 days later and its still not credited back. Maybe its time to update your page too - and include the postage so people can see the total cost prior to placing the order and then being flabbergasted with the postage cost.

I ordered pill box containers. When they arrived they were to small. When tried to return them I was told they were correctly identified as size “ Medium “ pill containers. I again replied stating the Ad never offered a size, I received a response that the would reimburse me including the handling and shipping costs. They provided me with a RMA #. I sent them back yesterday I will see if you make a total reimbursement. I had to pay for return postage which I’m not happy about.
