Hi I have not received my first order as yet

Your ordering system is very efficient, and trouble free. Unfortunately, the items that I ordered were not available, so the order was cancelled and credited several hours later. Wish I’d known straight up that I couldn’t get me item.

I need to know how to order both products in one transaction please as I have seen that you stock both products I’m looking for thanks.

I had no problem finding the product I wished to purchase, but trying to get my order submitted was a nightmare. In filling out my personal information, it was difficult to see what information was needed where. At first I saw a blank box and only after guessing what was needed did a clue appear of what information was needed. It took me more than 10 minutes to get my order submitted and then in reviewing my order did I see that my billing address was wrong with no easy way to edit it.

I googled the above title. It sent me to several sites. Yours was one. You wrote back that you don't sell insulin needles. End of story.
