Charge to much for shipping

You took my order and my money for a product that you didn't have. A least the refund was timely.

can do it better.

Ordered 16 bottles to help off set shipping cost, customer service called and said the only had 8, I was understanding they were going to wave the shipping on this order, on the refund they refunded only the cost of the shampoo, as of this writing the product has been shipped but I have revived it yet. I will have to give long thought to ordering again. Plus side, customer service did call in a timely manor.
