You people use FedEx for oversea delivery....WRONG!! FedEx has the worse Import/ export customers. Cost me an extra $30.00 by you using FedEx instead of DHL!!!

Part of order arrived damaged

I received an order that had 2 damaged items in it. I was asked if I wanted credit or reshipment of items. I chose reshipment but never heard anything beyond that from the company. Reshipment never received.

No real complaints other than shipment

Selection is great, availability is there, but shipping delay and customer receipt of product is extremely poor. How it takes 8-10 days to pull your products, package them and ship them is beyond me. I purchase things from other companies where I pay regular shipping NOT overnight or 2nd Day shipping and I order on a Monday I sometimes receive it on that Wednesday for extremely less than 2 day shipping. Regular ship orders are placed on the bottom of the list to process it seems. Too bad we cannot get a verification of packaging receipts of when they received them to ship. That's my only disappointment. I don't understand how if I ordered and paid for overnight I would've had it last week, but it's now Day 8 with delivery sometime soon.But, 2 of my ordered and paid for products aren't in stock anymore and I don't have confirmation that my order has shipped, so that means that my products I paid for probably are not in stock, paid for and awaiting in stock status. That's not really in the customer's favor is it?

shipment

your shipping procedure is not effective and safe. to ship with UPS and to change it to post office to shipment that can not be traced is adsorb. you should ship it registered mail and the total charge might be even smaller
