I didn't recieved yet my order R552049934 dated Nov 11 2019 more than 2 months ago, and don´t have any information about what's going on. Please help find my order.

You filled my order for Protein 29 efficiently, Then notified me that you are refunding the whole amount without any explanation. Why?

No clear update about the shipment

Good variety of products very cheap but shipping costs very high , more than product itself and long shipping time to Israel. More than a month and a half aprox.

I received the wrong product. It was not what was pictured or written in description. So why send the wrong item. I would have preferred a message stating you no longer have item requested.
