I don’t use Medshopexpress often for that reason. They had a product I needed, and I eventually got it, but there is no justification for such a small package that is sent by the slowest method without tracking to have a $14 shipping charge. Many other companies do better.

I wrote the same title years ago! I can order a package from iHerb, for example, with international shipping to my door in under a week, and pay much less than what you charge for shipping that takes two months, can't be tracked, and I have to go pick it up from the post office. The only reason I ordered from you is because the eye drops I need are not available locally and right now Amazon reduced the products they send to where I live.

My order was dispatched on 14.5.2020.but still seems to in a warehouse in USA. Could you check that it has not been forgotten. Thank you very much. Regards dale.

I have not purchased from you for a long time, and the only reason I did now is because during the pandemic, Amazaon has curtailed the options for selling to where I live. But your shipping is overpriced. $14 for overseas shipping that can take months and can't be tracked is not reasonable, and the trackable shipping is just way out of line. Compare to a company like iHerb (they don't carry eye drops), where I can get delivery of a big package with tracking in less than a week for less than you charge for a tiny package without tracking that will take weeks if not months.
