Have not needed it yet. Has tested good. I trust that it will work when needed.

I live alone with my dog and I have some medical issues. It's a relief knowing someone will be here for me should I need that kind of attention, not being able to help myself.

All is good except the voice on the receiver is fuzzy and not very clear but I like the unit - as a company you could have the unit tell me if it is fully charged - I always press the button to check if it is Fully charged-
