Great service for a great price. Security to live alone.

The equipment is great.i alternate between using the lanyard and the clip-on attachment. The customer service is awesome, quickly responding when I accidentlely hit the button and even when I dropped it which simulated a fall to the call center. I also broke the clip attachment o the lanyard and they immediately sent a replacement lanyard.

Since I live by myself it’s a real comfort that in the event that I have a medical issue. all I have to do is push the button for help. I get a full charge for 3-4 days and then I put it back on the charger for a while. I’m so glad that I have this tool.

I have been very pleased with every aspect of your service so far . It helps me to feel secure to know that should I need help you will be there in seconds .
