Nearly everything went as planned and I was at the hospital very quickly. The only thing I wonder about is how the EMS is to get into my apartment building and then into my apartment. They didn't use the Video doorman but rather rang my bell. Luckily I was able to buzz them into the building. Then they didn't use the key in the lock box but again I was able to open the door for them. Were they given instructions on how to do these things if I hadn't been able to let them in?

Perfect, Works just the way it should. The only issue I have is the pendant has a magnetic closure which needs to be reworked.

Thankfully I haven't had to push button . My Son's and I feel safer with me having it

Very happy with the service. I have not had a medical emergency but I am happy I have this service. It gives me peace of mind to know if I did all I have to do is press the button and I could get help. Thank you Guardian.
