Our family absolutely loves the features available for this device: monthly testing, direct link to Medical Guardian at the touch of one big button, GPS, texting to designated caretakers/family members in case of emergency, and web access to the device account. The representatives at Medical Guardian are very patient, understanding, and respectful while working with elderly customers who have language barriers and are also hard of hearing.
