Worked at 9300 Ft , but did not work in canyon at 8300 ft.

My new MG mini arrived to my house in a timely manner. I have called customer service on two occasions and was able to speak to someone, not a chat or recording, which was a plus for sure. I fell while out of town. Did not have my device around my neck, nor my cell phone with me, but did have my Apple Watch on. There was immediate response from MG checking on me to see if I needed assistance (through my watch) I know my MG mini works.

I am so happy to have this medical alert! After falling and unable to get up for 4 hrs, I feel totaly safe and protected now! Thank you Medical Alert!!
