Been very happy so far. Can’t use base unit to communicate b/c no phone jack near living area. ( in office/bedroom in back of house. So they call him on his portable phone. So far only had to use it as test. Thankfully not had to use yet but it gives us peace of mind.

My Mom wears her necklace everyday, she accidentally pushed it and someone answered and she was able to hear it and communicate well.

I have not had to activate it since I got it, and will soon do a monthly test. The biggest problem is to remember to put it on every morning. lol.
