This devuce makes me feel better about living alone with just my dog since my husband of 6 4 years died the eof May. The only problem has been the material that goes around my neck. The clasp comes apart and the device falls down to the floor. The material that goes around the neck is very comfortable but won;t work if the clasp keeps breaking, Give me a better solution. Thank you,
