Really getting tired of my

Really getting tired of my shipment date changing. I thought ordering 5 weeks in advance would be plenty of time but now I open next week with no stationary tables. I'm not giving one star because the lady I talked to was prompt in responding to me. I'm hoping to receive my tables soon...

A few things.... After I

A few things.... After I submitted my order, I received several Finish your Order messages. Thinking I’d forgotten to hit the Submit button, I went back to the site several times and saw my Cart was empty. So I ignored the messages, esp since the bill was already posted on my visa bill. Then I had to wait over 3 weeks to receive the order. I understand the stool needed to be covered but the heating pad shouldn’t have taken that long to receive. Perhaps 2 separate mailings would have been a better idea? I have many senior clients and in the month of Jan, I really needed it. And my stool isn’t right. The knob to anchor the foot rest is not working. So I need to track this problem down. So not even sure about 3 stars at this point......
