good product, but shipping was a bit messed up (2nd company to do that to me, I left them for you, and you dealt with mess up in a much better way). I will continue to use you in the future.

No one ever answers the phone nor returns a call. Even the chat person is not always available as offered. I returned merchandise two weeks ago and still have not received a refund.

It wasn't as soft as the last Massage Chair I purchased the same one. Also the color was much lighter that it showed on the website.

Took forever. It’s been months to fulfill a warranty. And we had to contact repeatedly. We’ll see if it finally arrives.
