Overall let me start off
Overall let me start off by saying that my experience was great. They shipped my brand new massage chair, a Stronglite Ergo Pro II right away (But FedEx lost it for about a week, BUT NOT MASSAGE TABLE NOW's FAULT). When I called customer support for help in regards to my lost chair, Sarah Ellis was amazing. She was courteous and provided me updates in regards to the where abouts of my chair. The reason for a 4 star is because this particular model chair has a small ball that is attached to the chair with an elastic string that is supposed to help secure the chair when it is folded up and unfortunately it came broken. ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL AT ALL, it's function is just to make sure it does not open up when traveling, I still wish it didn't arrive broken. But overall, I will be using Massage Table Now in the future.
