Purchased 2 regular sizes of protein powder and a single packet of vanilla. The single packet of vanilla was missing from my order. Called customer service and they were very friendly and received an extra single packet.

I would rate the protein much higher but that is not what you are asking for. I received my samples one day and an email asking what my favorite was the very next day. I had not opened one yet. I was waiting to try all three before replying to the email. Then I received an email offering 40% off but it was only good for 48 hours. I wanted to try them before ordering. Since that offer expired I did not make a purchase. I suggest giving a few days to try them or letting the offer last longer than 48 hours. I thought they tasted great and would have purchased if I had tried them. Instead I purchased a competitive product. It was less than your regular price but more than I would have paid with 40% off.

promised Coconut Milk product received package without Coconut Milk product. . . Told that the product will be sent if another product is purchased.
