What are you doing about the forever chemicals (pfas) found in your products. I’ve emailed repeatedly. No response. I love your product. But I am very concerned. And your silence isn’t helping.

Will absolutely never recommend buying it from the website to anyone. I ordered the 28 serving bags and got sent the 14 serving bottles. It was a nightmare from the beginning till end. I ordered it to delivered on one of my short layovers in a hotel, paid express so it reaches at a specific time. I had no chance of returning it nor was able to store at hotel after opening the package, therefor unable to have it picked up. I had to leave the bottles behind as there was no way I could have packed them into my suitcase with the bottles, which is why I bought the bags. There was absolutely no communication to confirm with me that I'm okay with being sent a different product. Had I known, I would have cancelled the order. Absolutely unprofessional and not the why to do business. Disgraceful.
