Klorane

Dosen't remove my eye makeup and it burns my eyes. I will never buy this product again.

I bought Klorane shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair. I tried it and it made me gag. The smell is a very nauseating mens cologne scent and it stays until you wash your hair again....which was 2 days later. The worst part was sending it back and getting my refund. I was told to not send it back because of Covid-19 and that I was issued a refund. I have not received any refund even after several times contacting Klorane and still being promised. Be careful of what you purchase from Klorane. If you don't like it you won't get a refund even if you return it.

Very rude customer service person and when spoke to a "supervisor" she was rude and unsupportive as well. Probably won't be buying from you in the future!!!
