On the day I ordered, your website was incredibly slow and I had to keep reloading the page in order to get the products I wanted to go into the shopping cart. I can't remember details but I do remember how frustrated I was trying to order my things.

Terrible customer service - you all don’t answer or return calls! I paid for an item I didn’t receive and I hate the smell of your shampoo it smells like a cleaner.

So disappointed. Package tracking said damage occurred, would notify company. Haven't heard a thing since. Not impressed at all, avoiding this business in the future

13 days to deliver... unacceptable

The website states this product as a conditioner, when it is actually a 2 in 1, no I did not read the picture label trusting the website information (learned my lesson). I used this product twice and it not only dried out my hair but made it feel like the texture of plastic. That is when I learned it contains harsh chemicals. I called customer service and the lady was rude. I am still waiting on my full refund- its been a week. Very disappointed in this product and this whole process I've been through so far. I don't recommend this product.
