Product is better than average but customer service ducks!

This product didn’t lighten my hair at all even after weeks of using it once or twice a day. It also made my hair sticky and stiff.

I purchased the spray in highlights and it makes my hair feel heavy and dirty. I can’t spray and style for the day. The smell is ok, but not refreshing or summer like.

I have no follow up regarding my products... still waiting for arrival.

My order was shipped back.. it took 1 week for me to be able to even track it.. and it’s been a 1 since it got back to you guys and still no refund... very dissatisfied with my first experience
