Klorane

I tried to love the quinquine and edelweiss conditioner but it doesn’t condition my hair at all. In fact, it is as dry as it has ever been. I’d like to return for a refund or for a different conditioner that will work better. Thanks you.

I love Klorane products So I decided to try the shampoo bar. I have been using LUSH bars for years and they are spectacular. So when I received my three shampoo bars I was eager to try them. They are awful. Made my hair sticky as if washing with plain soap. However chlorine has a really poor return policy so I am stuck with three icky so-called shampoo bars. I guess I will have to use these expensive bars on my dogs. I was really surprised because their bottle shampoos are wonderful. I will not repurchase them and because of the return policy I cannot return them. I would not buy them if I were you. They make my hair sticky, tangled even with conditioner dry and dull

Unfortunately these products are not what I expected. After using this product my hair is dry and I don’t like the way it feels. My hair now tangles when I go to comb it after using the shampoo and conditioner which pulls more hair out instead of increasing my hair. I am sorry to say I will be asking for a refund of the product and will be sending it back. So disappointed.

damaged package, something broke and leaked everywhere. i need a refund

Disappointed that it left my hair feeling great for about an hour and then it was heavy and greasy looking. Very flat and no volume. I'm very disappointed in the product for the cost. I really wanted to like it and got a recommendation from the Today Show.
