After submitting a customer service request and a phone call to ask about missing product with a promise to ship immediately, I have still not received my missing bottle of dry shampoo. I love the dry shampoo but the customer service is definitely lacking.

I wanted to love your thickening shampoo but the smell was overwhelming. It didn’t dissipate for a couple of days. I returned my bottle after one use. Change the aroma and I’ll try it again.

Cause massive hair loss.

Don't know what is going on with this company, I did not get the order, they don't reply to my phone calls, and now they ask me how I like my new purchase!! Bad joke
