Love The Products, Wish The Ordering & Service Were Better
I’ve ordered online twice, and purchased the products in local stores. My 1st order was on hold for nearly 2 weeks, then when I called, I was told they were having problems with their system and my order was cancelled. No apology, no offer to give me a future discount for all the trouble. I eventually ordered online again, but be warned: your card will be charged the full amount upfront, and after your order has been shipped (and in my case received), then your discount will show up as a credit to your account. I really love the mango products, and plan to continue using them—I’m just not sure I will order online due to the problems I’ve encountered.
