Klorane

I received a bottle of fig lotion with a broken dispensing pump. I emailed Klorane about this and got no response. The shipping box was badly torn resulting in damage to the bottle.

I have yet to hear from klorane to return some of my items. The hydration pack has propylene glycol in it along with a few other chemicals I cannot use. My skin gets an itchy dry rash. It does smell nice, but it doesn't last longer than a day. The product itself felt nice but wasn't as good as other clean brands. It's cool you use plant power but you mix it with unnecessary chemicals that are harmful. I don't care if you're in Rx research or medicine... Doesn't mean it works for everyone. I just can't trust brands that test on animals either or support it.

This is in no way even close to what I used back in the 80s. This shampoo makes my hair tangle to a max and break off. As if Soldium Laurel Sulfate was the main ingredient. I have read the label and it's not exactly the same but I think it's the same properties and is NOT good for your hair. The Conditioner, well, it does nothing to condition.... waste of money in my book

I love the packaging and the ingredients list, but this shampoo is way to drying and I need something more moisturizing. It smells great, but it instantly tangled up my hair.

This is my 4th time contacting you. I ordered a shampoo and conditioner and you sent me 2 conditioners and no one has called, emailed or reached out to me at all. Very disappointing. Order #2000126657 MG
