5 star food!!

I was skeptical about this diet in the beginning. However, I stuck to it and in my first week I lost 2 lbs. Now, I have been on it for a little longer than a month and Ive dropped 15lbs! The recipes are delicious and simple to make, even when you are in a hurry! My kids love it too, especially the cheeseburger pizza! I highly reccomend this program to anyone wanting to take control of their diet and body image.

After ordering this book my husband and I started the meal plan. We are 11 days in and I have lost 11 pounds and my husband has lost 8 pounds. We eventually will be doing our own meal plan but to start we love the ease of following the meal plan as there is lots to learn about kept in the beginning. with the meal plan we get used to meal sizes and amounts, as well as trying different menu items to see which ones we will keep using after, and so far there have been a lot of really great meals.
